How do you keep the proposal a surprise?
We agree the exact spot, the time and a signal with you beforehand. Until then we look like any other guest or passer-by, and we only come closer once the question has been asked.
Where can we propose in Dubai?
On a private yacht, on the beach, in the desert, or in hotels such as Atlantis The Royal, One&Only Royal Mirage, One&Only One Za’abeel, Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Burj Al Arab, Jumeirah Beach Hotel. Some hotels and public places need permission; we tell you which when we plan.
Do you arrange the flowers and decoration?
The set-up is arranged by your hotel, restaurant, yacht company or decorator. We coordinate with them on timing and where everything stands so it photographs well.
Do you also photograph engagement sessions?
Yes. Engagement portraits for couples already engaged, before the wedding or as a save-the-date, on the beach, in the desert or on a yacht.
How much does a proposal shoot cost?
Each shoot is quoted individually once we know the location, the timing and how long you would like. Tell us what you have in mind and a named person replies within one business day.
Can our hotel concierge arrange it for us?
Yes. Concierges can write or call on your behalf, or simply give you the address portraitdubai.ae. We plan the details with the hotel and keep the concierge informed.
When do we receive the photos?
Within 2 days after the shoot, as a fully edited gallery in a private online gallery you can share.
