Who we are

What this website collects

This website has no forms, no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers. It does not ask for or store any personal information.

Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to keep the website secure and running.

When you contact us

When you write to us by email or WhatsApp, or call us, we keep your name, contact details and message so we can reply, prepare a proposal and run the commission. We keep this only as long as needed for that purpose and for our accounting and legal obligations.

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Photographs and film

How images from a commission may be used is agreed in writing before the day. Images from private commissions are never published on our website, portfolio or social media, or shared with a venue or press, without your written approval.

Images of children are never published without the parents’ written consent.

Files are delivered through a private online gallery, and can be deleted from our servers on request once you have received them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop using it, by writing to jimmy@jimmydeparis.com. We reply within one business day and act on the request as quickly as the law allows.

We handle personal data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
