What companies usually ask.
How long does each executive need?
About fifteen minutes per person once the set is built. We send a schedule in advance so assistants can book each slot.
Can you photograph the whole board on one day?
Yes. We set up once and photograph everyone in turn with the same light, then a group portrait if you need one.
Where do the portraits take place?
In your offices, a hotel suite or a location of your choice in Dubai, Abu Dhabi or abroad. We bring the studio to you.
Who owns the images?
Portrait Dubai keeps the copyright and your organisation receives a written licence for the uses agreed in the proposal. A full buyout can be quoted if you need one.
Can you sign an NDA and provide insurance?
Yes. We sign your NDA before the briefing, and provide an insurance certificate on request for venues and organisers that require one.
Do you work outside Dubai?
Yes. We cover Abu Dhabi and every emirate, including Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, and travel internationally with clients on request.
