What companies usually ask.
Can you film and photograph the same event?
Yes. Photographers and videographers from the same team work from one brief and one coverage plan, so nobody is in each other’s way.
What do we receive?
The edited film in the formats you need, vertical cuts for social, and the raw interview files on request.
Who owns the images?
Portrait Dubai keeps the copyright and your organisation receives a written licence for the uses agreed in the proposal. A full buyout can be quoted if you need one.
Can you sign an NDA and provide insurance?
Yes. We sign your NDA before the briefing, and provide an insurance certificate on request for venues and organisers that require one.
Do you work outside Dubai?
Yes. We cover Abu Dhabi and every emirate, including Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, and travel internationally with clients on request.
