Can you photograph while the hotel or restaurant is open?
Yes. We plan around your operations, photographing public areas at quiet hours and closing sections only when needed.
Who owns the images?
Portrait Dubai keeps the copyright and your organisation receives a written licence for the uses agreed in the proposal. A full buyout can be quoted if you need one.
Can you sign an NDA and provide insurance?
Yes. We sign your NDA before the briefing, and provide an insurance certificate on request for venues and organisers that require one.
Do you work outside Dubai?
Yes. We cover Abu Dhabi and every emirate, including Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, and travel internationally with clients on request.
